This BBML event set a World Record of 93 balloons inflated indoors at once. 176 are reported to have attended the event that took place in airship shed, Hanger No.1. [note the compulsory wearing of hard hats owing to the risk of debris falling from the roof. The hangers suffered for another15 years before complete refurbishment began]
