First flown at Schiphol 1 July 1975 as the prototype Series 6000. Converted to Series 4000 and leased to NLM 19 April 1978, Libyan Arab Airlines 29 April 1979 & Pars Air July 1980 becoming EP-PBG. Leased to Linjeflyg 26 November 1981 as PH-SIX, then sold to Air Mauritanie 16 December 1983 as 5T-CLF. Crashed on landing at Tidjikja, Mauritania 1 July 1974
