First flown at Schiphol 18 May 1983 as PH-EXI. Re-registered PH-FSR October 1993 as ELINT 'Sentinel' demonstrator with sideways looking radar. Converted back to standard and delivered to SCIBE Airlift 26 June 1986 as (Q-CBE. Hit by Rwandan rebel gunfire in Ugandan airspace 10 September 1991. Landed safely at Goma Airport DRC but written off
