Modified from undelivered SH.3108. First flown at Belfast City (Sydenham) 31 March 1988 as G-14-3124. Registered G-BPYU 11 May 1989 and painted in US Army National Guard c/s for display at the Paris Air Show June 1989. Not delivered. Sold to Gouvernement du Quebec and delivered 15 June 1991 as C-FPQE. Crash landed short of the runway Umiujaq, Quebec 1 December 1993.
