One of a pair of Boeing 747-123's Bought from American Airlines in May 1984. The other was N9674. Converted to a SCD in 1989 for use in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet when activated. Pan Am ceased operations 04/12/1991 . Later converted to full freighter configuration and operated by Polar Air Cargo as N858FT until withdrawn from service in 2006.
