Sud Aviation acquired the Rallye programme in May 1965, continuing production under the GEMS banner. This was renamed SOCATA early 1966. G-ATIW was first registered 14 September 1965. Sold in Ireland 23 August 1976 as EI-BCH. Force landed Ballycorney, Killaloe, Co. Clare after engine failure 31 October 2001. Damaged beyond repair
