Ex USAF 44-76240. The aircraft was retired to the MASDC "Boneyard" at Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, in 1961. In 1972 it was acquired by the Aero American Corp., registered N87665 and re-located to Ryan Field where it remained unconverted until broken up for parts c.1982; the registration was cancelled in May 1984.
