ex RCAF 2290. CF-SDS was in an accident on August 14 1973 whilst on floats crashing in to an island on Eldon Lake Manitoba. The airplane burnt leaving a burnt frame and 3/4 of the wings. On March 10 2024, the remains of the wreckage was salvaged in order to have the wings on display in a private location in Lynn Lake Manitoba Canada.
