Painted in BOAC retro livery in 2019 for BA's centenary, then stored at Cardiff in March 2020 before going to St Athan on 11 December 2020 intended for preservation as a 'gate guard'. Sadly this ended in August 2023 when scrapping commenced, and the airframe was moved to the scrapping area on 22 August 2023.
