One of the many helicopters and planes that were exhibited during the "Feria Bicentenario 2022" which was a fair organized by the armed forces to remember the 200 years of the Battle of Pichincha. This SA342L Gazelle was preserved as an instructional airframe at La Balbina for the students of the ETAE (Escuela Técnica de la Aviación del Ejército).
