The badge on the tailfin is adapted from the coat of coat of arms of the original owner Queen's University of Belfast. When the second owner, test pilot Neville Duke, acquired the aircraft he changed the arms by making all the spaces between the arms of the saltire white and adding the badges of four squadrons with which he served in these spaces. Leabond the third owner seems to have made their own variation.
