The EB-4 touring canard aircraft was designed by Eng.Bazzocchi in 1944 (with input from Arturo Magni who undertook work for MV Agusta). It was flown only after the war in Europe had ended. It spent some years at the Vergiate Aeroclub and was then sold to the Vigna di Valle museum he has now found its final destination at Volandia. Seen minus its pusher propeller, this canard design is due to be restored fully. Ermanno Bazzocchi is probably best remembered for his work with Macchi designs. The aeroplane was also referred to as the Bestetti EB-4 in some publications.
