Heyford K4023 code 'K' had been the subject of some classic photos by Charles E Brown.Heyford code 'M' also discernable in this shot from the 2 shilling enclosures at Hendon. A few Heyfords were left in RAF service when WWII opened but fortunately saw no combat.
