The enthusiasts obscuring the registration of this Hendy Heck are either wearing bicycle clips on their 1930s style trousers or are they golfing 'plus-fours'? Fortunately the race number 11 reveals it as G-AEGI which came tenth in the 1938 Kings Cup (pilot, Warren). G-AEGI survived impressment in WWII to have its tail cut off by a Spitfire, taxying after a 1950 air race, see Scholefield ABPIC photo
