For a special balloon meet, as a challenge for music radio Joe. For this challenge, the radio station need to visualise the number '99 luftballons'. More then 100 balloons attended this special event. For the occasion, the 'Claviere' balloon was covered all over with banners, for having a 'Joe'-balloon
