Rolled out 14 January 1967 as a Trident 1E-101 in Kuwait Airways c/s without titles. Sale not completed. Allocated to Channel Airways as a Trident 1E-140 G-AVYA but not taken up. Completed as a Trident 1E-106 and first flown as 4R-ACN 28 May 1969. Displayed at Paris Air Show 5-7 June 1969 with show number 499. Delivered to Ceylon 16 July 1969. Dick Winfield image
