First flown at Chester 16 June 1969 and ferried to Atlantic Aviation (Canada) 30 June for completion at Montreal. Delivered to Churchill Falls (Labrador) Ltd 28 October 1969 but crashed 14 days later hitting high ground on approach to Labrador City Airport, killing all 8 on board. It was replaced by c/n 25213.
