Built 1941 and delivered to United States Army Air Force with s/n 41-25625. N65501, crashed 1982, registration cancelled 1989. From 10/1991 G-BTGA, registration cancelled 01/2003. From 08/2003 ZK-TGA. At one time or another it has lost the original 7 cylinder Continental R-670 and got a 9 cylinder Pratt & Whitney Wasp Junior with the double horsepower with easier access to spare parts.
