Built in 1944 at Douglas factory, Long Beach as nr. 3406. Delivered to U.S. Air Force. In 1945 transferred to the Norwegan Air Force and in 1946 delivered to Det Norske Flyselskab, later SAS where it got the name "Terje Viking". In 1953 the Danish Air Force bought the plane and gave it the military registration "K-682", under which it flew for 29 years. Last flight in Air Force service took place July 30, 1982.
