Prince Purachatra Jayakara, HM King Rama V's 35th son, was the first Thai who had an opportunity to fly on an airplane. He was also the founder of air transportation system in Thailand & designed an airplane very similar to the Wright Brothers' aircraft. The displayed specimen in the Air Space restaurant is a full size replica of this experimental aircraft.
