Year a guess. Location bellieved to be Melbourne-Moorabbin (MBW/YMMB) - it was based there previously and does I think still operate from there occasionally. It has the same owner as VH-LJM which provides Warbird Joy Flights from RAAF Williams/Point Cook (PCK) - 'BEN may have a similar role. The red markings on the engine cowl are that of Australia Post, so there may have been some sort of sponsorship when the photograph was taken.
