This aircraft has spent its entire life in Canada. Delivered to Nordair in 1982 fitted with rough field equipment (see blowers on front of engine cowls and on nose-wheel a deflector for FOD); this configuration has kept it in demand for Canadian Northern operations. Taken over by Canadian Pacific Airlines, then Canadian Airlines International, then Air Canada and finally with Canadian North Airlines in Yellowknife where it is still in operation in 2019.
