From a correspondent - This aircraft was built in Edmonton Alberta Canada in the late '50's early 60"s by my Dad William Floyd Payne in his backyard garage. I had many joyous hours of riding in the front seat of this airplane and many pilots built a lot of hours flying it in the Edmonton area.
