A surprise exhibit amongst the cows, sheep and pigs. The Swallow and the replica Bf109 were an outside display, while Messenger VP-KJL / G-ALAR and a "Flea" were exhibited inside the Royal Pavilion in the background. The aircraft and aviation artefacts on show were provided by the Midland Aircraft Preservation Society ( MAPS ) and taken from their on site storage facility at the showground.
