Original C S Waterfall. The registration letters, being in Arabic have to be read from right to left. Those appear to be the correct symbols for F3. Langar is a guess due to the presence of RCAF Lancasters. Also, Charles Waterfall worked there for Avros. This Dakota had been the personal aircraft of King Farouk of Egypt.
