This Museum closed circa the late 1960's. KB889 went from Age of Flight to 420 Wing in Oshawa. Fox Aero Services dismantled the Lancaster for Doug and Peter Arnold and shipped it to Blackbushe, were the centre section was dropped and a Lincoln centre section was purchased to reassemble it. After hail and hangar damage at Blackbushe it was sold to the Imperial War Museum, Duxford.
