The company name Adler on the fuselage means Eagle in German hence the registration.. From a correspondent in March 2020 - This airplane still exists; It was rescued from being scrapped in Germany several times and after being derelict in a hangar in Guenzburg on the Danube River it was moved to EDVN in Northern Germany on a trailer. Then it wound up in a shipping container with a Dornier Do27 on the way to Alaska. It is being slowly restored in Birchwood Alaska.
