Built in 1930 and first registered as G-AAFA, De Havilland DH.80A Puss Moth (2038) was first entered on the Swedish Civil Aircraft Register as SE-AFH on October 24th 1936 (with CofR No. 149 and CofA No. 202) to Svensk Flygtjänst AB, Stockholm. The Puss Moth changed ownership in November of the following year upon sale to L M Giertz via A/B Stockholms Bilhal. Over the next 24 years, the Moth changed ownership on four more occasions before expiry of its CofA in November 1952 and subsequent cancellation from the Swedish Register February 21st, 1958. The aircraft changed owners once again in 1965 and remained mothballed at Bromma airport until 2009 whereupon it was sold to the current owner for restoration to airworthy condition. Following the completion of extensive and meticulous restoration work, SE-AFH was registered once again on the Swedish Register on November 14th 2016 (CofR No 9312) and took to the skies again in the summer of 2017.
