Photographer was Gord McNulty, helicopter landing in a parking lot on the Detroit River waterfront - that's Detroit across the river - bringing Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau to Windsor. Was later re-serialled 11311 and written off in 1992. Location is a guess.
