This was taken by my late father-in-law, David Roy MacFarlane. He worked for De Havilland and lived in Hatfield. He moved to Australia in 1972 and died here in 2016. He took a LOT of pictures of planes. Date a guess but F/F 06/09/50. >>ABPic insert. Location not provided but believed to be at Dunsfold as on 01/07/51 a Press Day was held there to demonstrate the Delta Wing concept and VX790 flew from Boscombe Down to Dunsfold that day for that purpose.
