Its serial was actually RW382, but in the 1960's it was painted incorrectly as RW729. Later used in the film Battle of Britain. Later sold to Historic Flying Ltd and registered as G-XVIA. Sold to the USA in 1995 as N382RW and involved in a fatal crash 3rd June 1998 in Blue Canyon, California. Wreckage later sold and registered as G-PBIX and first post restoration flight happened 18/09/2013. Now airworthy and based at Biggin Hill (2017).
