Ex JRF-5 Bu. 87744, N779, N16484, N501M, CF-BCI and C-FBCI. Destroyed when it crashed off Dutch Harbour, Alaska on 11 August 1996. It was originally a Grumman JRF-5, serial no. B-138, but after its conversion by McKinnon under TC 4A24, it became McKinnon G-21C, serial no. 1203 in 1968. In 1984, it was upgraded to the model G-21G configuration and by the time it returned to the US as N660PA with Pen Air in Alaska, it was registered and formally identified as McKinnon G-21G serial no. 1203.
