Accident report at https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/wiki.php?id=28774 says "Between 20/5/1987 and 10/10/1988, G-AJHO was repainted in "period" markings and flown as "G-ADDD". This was never officially sanctioned by the CAA" Accident report says pilot made a landing after a fuel fire on the right wing which started to fold!
