This WW1 replica and three others from the BC area are scheduled to make a cross-Canada flight to Ottawa in 2017 to celebrate Canadas 150th Anniversary. Then they will be air transported to France to participate in the Commemorations of the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge in November 1997. The dedications on the fuselage are to Charles R.R. Hickey who gained 21 victories and DFC/Bar in WW1, lost in 1917. And to Cpl Andrew Eykelenboom, a local serviceman from Comox, killed in action in 2006.
