The 3rd SH-3D used by Westlands to develop the license built Sea King. It crashed near West Harptree in Somerset on 15-1-69, and was eventually sold as scrap in 1988, and moved to Trowbridge. The hulk was bought back by the RAF and moved to RAF St Mawgan on 29-3-95 where it was used for training until 2015.
