The aircraft pictured is a Lockheed Lodestar. If we assume that it is the Plymouth Oil Company Lockheed 18 and the photo was definitely taken in 1956 then we can assume it is Lockheed serial 18-2546 which (thanks to Peter Marson's tome) Plymouth acquired in July 1948. They re-registered the aircraft N10P. It's first conversion to a Learstar II was in June 1956
