Crashed 24 January 1976 three miles north of Sywell. Pilot turned back shortly after take-off due report of heavy snow ahead; viz deteriorated rapidly and he made a precautionary landing near the Sywell / Kettering road. The a/c unfortunately nosed over during the landing roll.
