ALAT Luxembourg operated three Piper Super Cubs as observation/reconnaissance planes.The 3 aircrafts fulfilled their missions in the country as well as during missions abroad in Sissonne(F), Baumholder(D) and Elsenborn(B). The flying section of the Army was dissolved in 1967. Only LX-FAC survived until present days.
