On finals for runway 27L operating flight K4205 from New York - John F Kennedy International (JFK) en route to Amsterdam - Schiphol and making a rare appearance at London-Heathrow. It was bringing in an engine cowling for American Airlines Airbus 330-323 N273AY that hit an air bridge a few days earlier on 05FEB15. Previously JA8171 and test registration N6038E. Built in 1986. This is the third use of this registration on a Kalitta Air Boeing 747!
