First flight February 2 1982 with F-BVGR commercial registration. Delivered Air France April 7. After 11 years of service as F-BVGR, Zarkani Aviation Services (ZAS Airline of Egypt) acquired the aircraft March 19 1993. As a long term effect of the downturn of the tourism in Egypt after the Gulf War in 1990-1991, ZAS ceased operation April 1995. Another Egyptian charter company AMC Airlines (AMC – Aircraft Maintenance in Cairo) leased her from April 27 1996. On lease Tunisair between July 7 and August 1 1997, and from August 9 1998. Seen here taxiing to RWY31L untitled with basic AMC livery, with Egyptian flag on the fuselage, however in wet-lease service for Tunisair, few days before the official date of leasing. Scanned from an old slide.
