The construction number is as shown on the South African Register. It has also been reported as 22-5253, which would make it a PA-22 and so possibly converted from tricycle to taildragger configuration. Later Note:- This was PA-22 ZS-CGX which was written off; rebuilt as PA-20 Pacer.
