Lauda Air became a wholly owned subsidiary of Austrian Airlines in December 2000, flight operation merged with AUA Group in 2005. September 1 2005 a/c registered in the Austrian Airlines fleet. The official merger into the parent company finished July 1 2012. Seen here towing into her remote stand after disembarkation of the flight, arrived from Tokyo.
