First flight August 6 2003, delivered Vietnam Airlines August 20 as VN-A143. Seen on short final over 16R from Melbourne. After the stopover at Gate 34, VN782 continues back for the long, 8 hr 40 min journey to the Southern Vietnamese Ho Chi Minh City. They'll have a long 2 hr transit there, then continues the flight with a 2 hr trip to the final destination, the capital city of Hanoi.
