First flight February 26 1998 with Deutsche Airbus D-AVYD test registration. Delivered Eurowings March 6 1998 as D-AKNH. October 1 2002 merged as Germanwings, then stored from November 2008. March 18 2009 as Lufthansa Italia until October 29 2011, based Milan-Malpensa. Then to Lufthansa, where it never entered service. Stored between November 2011 and June 2012. Finally back to Germanwings October 27 2013, all the time with the same registration. This was a very nice surprise as the LH Italia plane appeared over threshold 13R that sunny afternoon-early evening operating a scheduled Lufthansa flight.
