This was owned by John Siebold when displayed here. It was later sold to Xavier Arango who had it painted blue, as it was when operated by his Grandfather in Mexico. In 2019 it was sold to Walt Bowe, who keeps it in Northern California and flies it regularly, he told me that this is the same aircraft, prior to this it was in North Las Vegas airport being restored.
