20 Jan 1968 sold to Kemps Aerial Surveys suffered from mildew & wood rot due to urine from cattle transportation & storage in open at Staverton, Kemps chief engineer attempted a CofA in open at Staverton but CAA Inspector refused permission to do so & Kemps could not find parts removed. Eventually was flown to Thruxton. On take off from Staverton could not retract landing gear & made forced landing en-route. On arrival condition dictated could not be made airworthy & after usable parts were removed the remains were burnt on Guy Fawkes Night for the entertainment of local children.
