This aircraft was painted as part of âThe Boneyard Projectâ in which a number of derelict military aircraft from the scrapyards adjacent to the AMARG storage facility were used as canvases by contemporary artists. The artist in this case was Nunca and the work is entitled âPhoenix of Metalâ.
