The aircraft is an O&N Aircraft Silver Eagle II turbine conversion with 450hp Rolls-Royce 250-B17 engines replacing the standard 310hp Continentals, it was taking part in the "Parade of Planes" from Palm Springs International Airport through the city streets to the Palm Springs Convention Center.
