As you can see, no.16 is destined for sale in the USA, and is currently wearing a test OK- registration. The OK- reg. is temporarily held in place by a clear plastic sleeve, just visible in the photo. The same test reg has aleady appeared on other websites, applied to Phoenix cn.15/U15.
