Built at Thruxton between 1973 and 1975, and first flown from Southampton Water on 28/6/75. It was badly damaged in a take-off accident following engine failure at Thorpe Park on 23/9/82, following which it was rebuilt at Bodmin in 1985/86. New owner Bill Hosie Snr was sadly killed when this aircraft broke up on 23/5/87 over Carrick Roads, Falmouth.
